2. Take 3 copies and fill the forms.

3. Get the signature from the President or Secretary

4. Take a DD/do Online transfer  in favour of “IMA TNSB” payable at Coimbatore or Transfer to the below account and attach the challan.

Membership fees :

Life Single – Rs 17,700.00

Life Couple – Rs. 27,140.00

5. Transfer Rs.4000.00 to NIMA Trust as local contribution to the account no. seen at the bottom of this page. 

Documents required – 
                  1. UG,PG certificates
                  2. Passport size photo
                  3. MBBS Registration certificate xerox
