2. Take 3 copies and fill the forms.

3. Get the signature from the President or Secretary

4. Take a DD/do Online transfer of the prescribed amount (after confirming the exact amount and account no.) in favour of “IMA TNSB” payable at Chennai or Transfer to the below account and attach the challan
                       IMA TNSB Account Number – 74950100004907,
                       Bank of Baroda, Coimbatore Ramnagar Branch,
                       IFSC code – BARB0RAMNAG (fifth character is zero)

5. Transfer Rs.4000.00 to NIMA Trust as local contribution to this account.

                  1. UG,PG certificates
                  2. Passport size photo
                  3. MBBS Registration certificate xerox
